Questions shoppers ask about ThreadBeast
Can I cancel my ThreadBeast subscription at any time?
There is no contract or long-term commitment to remain with the company. That means if you are considering cancelling, all you have to do is contact the company, and they will work with you. You will need to act at least 7 days prior to receiving your next box for them to have time to cancel your order.
Can I exchange items I get in my ThreadBest subscription order?
Each package is meant to give you the look you desire. Traditional returns are not available. However, if two or more of the items in your box don’t work out, you can receive one complimentary exchange. You can do this 1 time for every 6 boxes you receive. Or, if it is fewer than this or you run into additional concerns, you can pay a $20 processing fee to exchange items.
What if I don’t like my ThreadBeast service?
You have the right to cancel your order when you desire. The company does not offer refunds, but they do work closely with you to try to get it right. This includes providing personalized feedback and style updates to ensure your looks really do feel like you.
