About The Winston Box
About The Winston Box
The Winston Box is a monthly clothing subscription built exclusively for big and tall men who struggle to find stylish, well-fitting clothes. Each box contains two to three handpicked items from the brand's own label in sizes up to 6XLT, at a flat price of $75 per delivery. With over a million garments delivered and service in 20 countries, it is one of the most established subscription brands in this space.
Questions shoppers ask about The Winston Box
Can I choose the items in my box?
The Winston Box does not allow customers to select specific items in advance. Instead, customers can provide size, style, and color preferences during sign-up. These preferences guide the styling process when curating each box.
How often can I receive a box?
The Winston Box offers flexible delivery schedules based on customer preference. Boxes can be delivered monthly, every two months, or quarterly. Customers choose their preferred frequency during setup and can adjust it through their account settings.
Can I return the entire box if I'm not satisfied?
The Winston Box allows returns within 15 days of receiving an order. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and may include a $25 restocking and styling fee for non-VIP subscribers. Returned items must meet the company's return conditions to qualify.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
The Winston Box allows cancellations for subsequent boxes through the customer account dashboard. Customers can cancel directly online or contact support to pause their subscription for one month by adjusting the next billing date.
