Soothe promo codes & deals

Booking a massage at Soothe is very easy and customer-friendly. After you book an appointment, the platform matches you with a licensed massage therapist who travels to your selected location. You'll receive confirmation and appointment updates by email and through your Soothe account. To avoid delays, ensure your address, contact details, and appointment time are accurate before confirming your booking.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, Soothe allows rescheduling and cancellation without penalty up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time. Refund eligibility depends on how much notice you provide before your scheduled massage. Once your massage has been completed or you cancel outside the allowed cancellation window, refunds generally aren't available because your therapist has already set aside that time for your appointment.

Soothe doesn't regularly release public promo codes, but you can still save on your first booking through its referral program. Ask an existing Soothe user to send you their unique referral link, and you'll receive $50 off your first in-home massage when you book through that link. If you're booking in the app, open the menu and tap Enter Promo Code before completing your reservation.

Paying for your massage is quick and secure through the Soothe app or website. Before you book, you'll need to add a valid payment method to your account. Soothe accepts major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Tips are also processed through the platform, so you don't need to carry cash when your appointment is over.
