ScripHessco promo codes & deals

Most in-stock items ship within three business days, but timing can vary if the product comes directly from a manufacturer. Standard shipping is ground, but expedited options (two-day and overnight) are available. A pro tip from repeat customers: because heavy chiropractic tables and equipment can rack up freight charges, try to combine orders or wait for flat-rate promotions to avoid sticker shock.

ScripHessco accepts returns within 30 days of receipt, but there are caveats. Some categories (like oils, lotions, hygiene products, custom-built tables) are non-returnable once opened. If you’re returning after 30 days, expect a 20% restocking fee up to 59 days; past 60 days, returns aren’t accepted. Shoppers often advise opening packages carefully and double-checking measurements on tables or orthotics to avoid being stuck with something non-returnable.

Warranties are typically handled through the manufacturer rather than ScripHessco itself. Coverage ranges widely: some electrotherapy devices may have one-year coverage, while larger systems offer up to three years. A practical tip: always keep your invoice and register your equipment with the manufacturer right away to streamline claims later.

Yes, for higher-priced equipment, financing options are available. Many practitioners lean on these plans to spread out the cost of big-ticket items like chiropractic tables. Contact customer service before checkout if you need a formal quote or payment breakdown.

Yes, licensed professionals automatically qualify for practitioner-level pricing on most items, but you’ll need to create an account with verification. Students in chiropractic or massage therapy programs can also sometimes access student discounts. It’s worth emailing support to ask.

ScripHessco primarily ships within the U.S., but international orders may be possible with higher shipping fees. Practitioners abroad often use freight forwarders to cut costs.

It’s straightforward: enter your promo code on the checkout page after logging into your account. Loyalty points also apply here. You’ll see your available rewards balance as a credit option before you finalize the purchase.

Many pros recommend setting up a small “clinic essentials” order every quarter. This not only keeps supplies steady but also helps you rack up loyalty points faster, which you can then apply toward big splurges like equipment upgrades. Others suggest timing purchases right after trade shows, since promo codes often drop around then.
