Get Maine Lobster promo codes & deals

Get Maine Lobster does not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment. Refunds are considered for specific situations including lobsters that are not alive upon delivery reported within 4 hours with photos, or items missing from your order reported within 4 hours with photos. You must photograph the product before disposing of anything, as refunds will not be honored without visual documentation.

All orders ship via UPS Overnight service, dispatching the day before your selected delivery date. Delivery is available to addresses in the continental U.S. and most orders arrive between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. local time. P.O. Box deliveries are not accepted. For special occasions, select a delivery date at least 2 days before your event to account for any carrier delays.
