Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes promo codes & deals

Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes does not accept returns on perishable food items. If you experience a quality or shipping issue, contact the team, and resolution may include a product replacement, credit toward your next order, or a partial or full refund. To qualify, the product must be made available in good condition in its original container if a pickup is required. Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders refused at delivery, sent to recipients unavailable to accept perishable packages, or shipped to incorrect addresses are not covered.

All orders are flash-frozen and shipped in temperature-controlled insulated coolers with dry ice. Standard delivery arrives within 5 business days of the selected ship date, with shipping costs based on merchandise value. Expedited delivery adds $8.95 per address to the standard shipping charge. Saturday delivery is available for most zip codes. Orders cannot be altered or canceled once submitted, as they are immediately routed to a warehouse to reserve inventory. Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes may ship your order early to protect product quality during high-volume or weather-impacted periods.

You can select a future ship date at checkout to have your order arrive within a pre-selected delivery window, ideal for holidays, birthdays, or special occasions. Look for the "Ship at a Later Date" tab next to "Ship as Soon as Possible" in the checkout and select from the available calendar options. For time-sensitive occasions, plan for extra buffer time as carriers may occasionally deliver a day early or late.

Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes partners with Route to offer package protection at checkout. Route covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage in transit. Once added, you can use the Route App to visually track all of your orders and file a claim directly through Route if needed. Package protection must be added at checkout and cannot be added after an order is submitted.
