Cosplay Shopper promo codes & deals

Cosplay Shopper produces custom-made costumes within 20 business days. After production is complete, shipping via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL adds 10 to 23 business days. Total delivery time depends on both production speed and the selected shipping method at dispatch.

Orders placed with Cosplay Shopper cannot be cancelled or modified once processing begins, which typically occurs within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. Customers must review all order details before checkout, since personalization and production start quickly after confirmation and changes are not accepted once processing is underway.

If Cosplay Shopper sends an incorrect item, customers may return it within 5 business days for a full refund or exchange. For other return requests, a 25% re-listing fee applies, and original shipping charges are not refunded. All returns must meet policy conditions and be approved before processing.

Once your order ships from Cosplay Shopper, a tracking number is sent by email so you can monitor delivery progress. You can use this tracking number to view updates directly on the carrier's website, including shipment status and estimated delivery time.
