Cake Maternity accepts returns on eligible items within 45 days of delivery as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and have their tags attached. Refunds will be issued back to the original method of payment within 3-4 working days from the time your return is received and processed. It's worth noting that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as pants and other specified products are non-returnable unless faulty.

Cake Club is Cake Maternity's free loyalty program. Members earn rewards for shopping and interacting with the brand. Make purchases, refer friends, and receive points for your birthday and select activities. You can then redeem the accumulated points for discounts on your future orders. The more points you earn, the higher you'll climb through reward tiers with more member benefits.
