If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days of your order date, you may request a one-time price adjustment.

Note: Items marked as "final sale" or purchased with a promotion code or discount are not eligible for a price adjustment, except when the discount applied was for free shipping.

How to Get a Price Adjustment

• Contact Gap within 14 days of your order date to request the adjustment.

Important: Price adjustments for online purchases cannot be processed in-store.
