About Blabla

About Blabla

Hand-knit in Peru by skilled artisans using soft, natural cotton fibers, Blabla makes children's dolls, toys, and decor with a whimsical quality that mass-produced alternatives don't replicate. Each piece has enough character and craftsmanship to become a genuinely cherished object rather than something that ends up forgotten in a toy bin. It's a popular choice for baby showers and first birthdays, and the kind of brand that parents who care about materials and making tend to seek out specifically.

Questions shoppers ask about Blabla

What is Blabla's return policy?

Return unused items within 20 days of purchase with the original receipt, in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5 business days, minus shipping costs. Email hello@blablakids.com to receive your return authorization form before shipping anything back.

Does Blabla offer exchanges?

Yes, exchanges ship free with no additional shipping charge. If your new item costs more than the original, Blabla sends a payment link for the difference. Gift exchanges receive store credit or a straight exchange rather than a cash refund.

What is Blabla's shipping policy?

Flat rate orders depart the warehouse Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, then leave the shipping consolidator on Thursdays. From there, delivery can take 7 to 20 days. Tracking becomes available once your order leaves the consolidator's facility.

Does Blabla ship internationally?

Yes, though Blabla isn't responsible for customs delays or fees. Germany, Mexico, and Russia see the most shipping delays, and Canadian orders commonly incur customs charges. South Korea requires your personal customs code included at checkout.
