About Windmill

Nobody wants to wrestle with a heavy, rattling window AC in the middle of summer. That’s where Windmill comes in. Their air conditioners are sleek, quick to set up (you can be chilling out minutes after delivery), and designed to run quietly in the background instead of drowning out your favorite show. The brand has expanded into air purifiers and fans too, so you can keep every corner of your home comfortable without the clunky look or sound of old-school units.

Questions shoppers ask about Windmill

What’s the shipping timeline?

Most orders leave the warehouse in 2 to 3 business days. FedEx usually gets AC units to your door within another 1 to 3 days, while USPS handles smaller accessories (which can take a little longer). Tracking links go live once carriers scan them, typically within 24 to 48 hours. Bundled orders may even qualify for free shipping.

What about returns?

You’ve got 30 days to try your AC. If it’s not a match, request a return label and send it back within 14 days. There’s a small restocking fee, and accessories can’t be returned. Bought it from another retailer? You’ll need to go through them directly.

How do I apply promo codes or gift cards?

At checkout, enter your code or gift card, hit Apply, and watch the discount knock down your total.

Is there a warranty?

Every AC comes with a one-year limited warranty. Want extra protection? Add a Mulberry plan at checkout for up to three years of coverage. It’ll cover accidents, power surges, and other surprises, plus free shipping and no hidden fees. Just don’t install the unit in a wall sleeve or top-hinge window; that can void your warranty.
