Orders arrive once a week or once a month, depending on which plan you choose. Someone must sign for the delivery and provide an ID due to the nature of the product.
What is the refund or return policy?
If your order is damaged in transit, is incorrect, or you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact customer service. You will receive a credit for future purchases or a replacement product after the unused product is returned. You might see an additional $25 charge for shipping wines back to you.
