Vrai promo codes & deals

Vrai allows returns on custom-made pieces within 30 days of purchase. A recycling fee applies: $200 for engagement rings and $50 for wedding bands or made-to-order fine jewelry. Ensure you get the piece back to Vrai within this time frame to get your money back.

Vrai provides a Lifetime Care Package, which includes services like resizing, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure the longevity of your jewelry. This helps make your jewelry (and therefore your money spent) go much further and can save you having to fix or repurchase your favorite items if something happens to them down the line.

The shipping costs at Vrai vary depending how quick you need your item and the type of postage you require. If posting to an APO address you can make the most of complimentary USPS Priority mail, otherwise you'll have a non-refundable shipping fee added at checkout.

VRAI's Lifetime Diamond Upgrade Program lets you trade in your certified solitaire diamond (0.30ct or larger) anytime. Simply return your original VRAI-created diamond to receive full credit of its purchase price, which can be applied toward a new diamond piece worth at least 50% more on VRAI.com or in-store.
