Shipping

Returns
Visionworks backs its products with a 100-day guarantee: “If by day 100, you’re not 100% in love with your new glasses, we’ll exchange them. Guaranteed.” Customers who are unhappy with their purchase of complete glasses (frame and prescription lenses) have 100 days from the purchase date to initiate a return or exchange.
