Viori promo codes & deals

Viori implements an ancient Chinese practice of using fermented rice to create nourishing shampoo and conditioner bar soaps for men, women and pets. They source all of their ingredients from the Red Yao tribe, who have been cultivating Longsheng Rice for nearly 1,000 years.

Viori ships all over the world, except to Russia, China and Iraq. Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days to arrive, while international orders average between 8-14 business days.

Viori offers a 30-day return window on all bars, provided they are at least 75% intact. To initiate a return, contact them through their website chat feature or via email (support@viori.com) to receive return instructions and a merchandise authorization number (RMA). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the package size and destination, but domestic orders shipped via standard shipping methods have a flat rate of $3.50, with free shipping unlocked for all domestic orders over $30.

If you want to cancel a recurring order, Viori needs at least 48 hours notice to prevent payment processing. Contact their support staff (support@viori.com) to initiate the cancellation. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but Viori can help you initiate the return process.

Viori has a membership program known as the Viori Tribe, with three distinct levels: Terrace 1, Terrace 2 and Terrace 3, all based on how much money you spend each year on their website. All members earn reward points for their purchases, at the rate of 1 point per dollar spent for tier one members, two points per dollar spent for tier two members, and three points for dollar spent for tier three members. When you want to redeem your points, every 500 points will save you $5 at checkout.
