Vans embodies a spirit of individuality and self-expression epitomized by its slogan, "Off the Wall." Rooted in the rebellious culture of skateboarding, Vans has evolved into a global symbol of creativity and authenticity. From its humble beginnings in the 1960s Southern California skate scene to its status as a cultural icon today, Vans continues to celebrate diversity and innovation.

With its classic skate shoes, apparel and accessories, Vans is made for individuals who embrace their unique, laid-back style. From the timeless appeal of the Authentic to the modern versatility of the Old Skool, Vans add effortless cool to any look.

Vans provides free standard shipping for all product categories, including shoes, accessories, clothing and backpacks. Express shipping is available for a fee, varying by product category and the number of items in the order. Orders are processed on weekdays only, with same-day processing for orders placed before 11 a.m. PT, and processing the following business day for orders placed after this time or on weekends and holidays. Standard shipping typically takes three to five business days, while express options range from two to three business days for two-day shipping to one to two business days for overnight shipping. Priority Mail is offered for shipping to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO addresses, taking five to seven business days.

Custom product orders, such as custom footwear, have longer processing times of four to six weeks and are not eligible for expedited delivery or shipment to P.O. boxes or FPO/APO addresses. While USPS shipments may arrive on Saturdays, other methods do not deliver on weekends or holidays. Customers are advised that items may ship separately and should review their order details for any specifics.

Vans accepts returns within 30 calendar days of delivery for purchases made online or at Vans retail locations. Custom products are not eligible for return. Original shipping charges nonrefundable, and purchases made at Vans retail stores must be returned in-store. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Online exchanges are not available, but items can be exchanged in any Vans store or outlet. Customers are advised to contact their local store in advance to confirm item availability for exchanges.

Vans Family

Join the free Vans Family loyalty program to earn points on purchases: You earn 10 points per $1 spent at Vans. You can redeem up to 2,000 points at a time (toward $20 off a purchase). Vans Family members also gain access to insider information, exclusive custom designs, and special member-only promotions, such as free expedited shipping.

New members receive a 15%-off welcome offer when they sign up. Enrollment is open to customers ages 16 and older in the U.S. Rewards can be redeemed online, through the app, or at U.S. Vans stores. While rewards are stackable with most Vans promotions and usable with gift cards, they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others. Points and rewards expire after one year. Points spent toward any returned purchases will be given back to you in full.

Vans shoppers can select Klarna at checkout to pay for their items over time. For qualified customers, Klarna splits the purchase total into four equal payments with no interest fees. The initial payment is due at the time of purchase, and the remaining three payments are made every two weeks.

If you’d prefer to try on your new Vans before buying them, you can shop online and pick up your order at a participating Vans location. Same-day pickup is available for orders placed by 3 p.m., and orders received after this time will be ready for pickup the following day. Customers will be charged for the order when it is picked up.

Orders can be picked up by someone else if their name is added during the ordering process; otherwise, only the original purchaser can retrieve the order. Once a pickup location is selected, it cannot be changed, and orders must be collected from the originally chosen Vans store.
