About U-Pack
About U-Pack
U-Pack is a premier nationwide relocation service that caters to individuals and families seeking a reliable, convenient, and cost-effective alternative to traditional movers. It offers flexible moving solutions by dropping moving equipment, such as a ReloCube container, at your doorstop, allowing you to pack and load at your own pace. The brand's "We Drive, You Pack" model helps you simplify the overall moving process by giving you greater control over your moving schedule. In addition to its flexible pricing structure, U-Pack discounts and U-Pack coupon codes provide several built-in ways to save on your next relocation.
Questions shoppers ask about U-Pack
How do I reserve my move?
You can reserve your move directly on the website or request a quote by calling the company's customer support. You'll need to provide your original address, an email address, a phone number, and a valid credit or debit card. U-Pack doesn't require a deposit; you need to provide a payment method during the reservation, but nothing is charged until the company picks up your shipment.
Are my belongings covered for damage or loss?
U-Pack includes carrier liability coverage for catastrophic events such as fires or accidents while your shipment is in transit. You can also purchase an additional protection plan for extra peace of mind during the move. Since you're responsible for packing and loading, U-Pack recommends packing your items securely to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
Does U-Pack offer payment plans or financing options?
Yes. The company partners with Affirm to offer financing to eligible customers. These payment plans help you spread the cost of your relocation over time rather than paying the full amount upfront. This makes your move more manageable, especially if you're moving within a specific budget.
Can I cancel my move?
You can cancel your move by calling the company's customer service. If you cancel within 7 days of the reserved move date, a $50 fee will apply; however, there's no cancellation fee if you cancel more than 7 days from the scheduled move date. A $150 fee will apply if you cancel on the same day as the move.
