About Universal Yums

Universal Yums is a monthly snack subscription that sends members a curated box of authentic treats from a different country each month, along with a booklet of cultural trivia and background on each snack. Foodies, adventurous eaters, families, and curious travelers who want to explore the world through its flavors make up its enthusiastic customer base. The brand is known for going beyond surface-level sampling to offer a genuinely immersive and educational snacking experience.

Questions shoppers ask about Universal Yums

How do I cancel my Universal Yums subscription?

Log in to the account, go to the Subscription tab, and select "Cancel Subscription." No future charges are processed afterward, but any box already paid for still ships as scheduled. Gift subscriptions are prepaid and can't be cancelled or refunded.

Does Universal Yums offer refunds?

Snacks can't be returned once shipped. Missing or damaged items are typically resent rather than refunded. Contact support with photos and details if you receive the wrong order.

What is Universal Yums' shipping policy?

Subscription boxes ship free within the contiguous U.S., arriving one to seven days after dispatch between the 8th and 15th of each month. Yum Shop orders carry a flat $6 fee, waived automatically on orders over $60.

Does Universal Yums ship internationally?

Yes, though international deliveries don't qualify for the free shipping applied to U.S. subscription boxes. You can expect costs to vary by destination and box size, with full pricing details listed on the site before checkout.
