Ulta allows returns within 60 days of purchase, regardless of whether you used a coupon for your purchase or not. If a return is issued within 30 days of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. If it is past 30 days, you will receive your refund via store credit.

It's also important to note that your refund will only include the payment made, so if you used a promo code, you will be refunded the discounted price rather than full price.
