Ticketmaster promo codes & deals

Ticketmaster sets itself apart by offering a new, better way to buy tickets. The company revolutionized the ticket-buying industry with its computerized ticket vending system, which let a person buying an event ticket select from the total reserve of seats available. This was a major shift away from the long-standing previous system, which involved ticket buyers forming long lines outside of a box office with a limited number of allotted tickets — only to discover the box office was sold out or superior tickets were available elsewhere.

Because of its ahead-of-its-time system, Ticketmaster became the world’s leading ticket distribution company. Today, it continues to leverage the latest technology and innovations to hook ticket buyers up with the best seats to venues around the world. Ticketmaster offers tickets to thousands of events, from concerts and theater to sports games. It strives to put fans first with a fan guarantee, three-day return policy, no-hassle exchanges and interactive seat maps.

Ticketmaster offers a few delivery options to receive your tickets. Delivery options include:

Mobile entry (Go Mobile): With mobile entry tickets, your phone is your ticket.

Print-at-home tickets: These tickets are made available in your account to print at home, or emailed to you if you purchased them over the phone.

U.S. Mail: These tickets are mailed to you within 10-14 business days via USPS First Class Mail.

UPS: These tickets are delivered via UPS with two- or three-day shipping.

Will call: Will call tickets are held at the event's will call window and can only be retrieved by the cardholder with the original credit card of purchase and a valid photo ID with signature such as a state ID, driver's license or passport.

Ticket transfer: With this option, you'll receive an email with instructions to retrieve your tickets.

Delivery delay: Some events require a delivery delay to prevent people from overbuying tickets. With delivery delay tickets, you’ll receive information on how and when you will receive your tickets in a purchase confirmation email.

Ticketmaster Refund Policy Ticketmaster only provides refunds in limited circumstances, such as when an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled or moved. If you are eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund of the ticket price you paid, plus service fees and the cost of any add-ons or upgrades.

You can use Klarna or PayPal Pay Later during checkout at Ticketmaster for flexible payments. These options may not be available for all event types and special ticket sales. Other buy now, pay later programs not directly supported at Ticketmaster checkout may also work if you are able to set up a virtual card that can be used as a credit or debit card.
