The RealReal promo codes & deals

The RealReal is a luxury designer resale website. This full-service consignment store offers a wide range of authentic products featuring popular designer brands like D&G, Chanel, Chloe, Louboutin and many more. Become a member to get full access and amazing deals on a wide selection of fashion products.

While The RealReal has a few physical locations around the U.S. (and occasional pop-up events in select cities), you’ll find its most extensive selection of resale luxury goods online. To ensure every item is authentic, The RealReal’s in-house team consists of hundreds of product experts who inspect each luxury item and receive ongoing training in the latest counterfeiting techniques.

The RealReal ships to all 50 U.S. states as well as more than 60 international destinations. A flat fee is charged for most items, based on the destination. However, large items such as artwork and furniture will have higher shipping costs. All deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii incur an additional $5 surcharge on top of the prices listed below. The RealReal does not ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

• U.S. Standard (3-5 business days) for $12.95
• U.S. Express (1-2 business days) for $39.95
• Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico (3-6 business days) for $37
• Europe (4-6 business days) for $45
• Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australia (4-7 business days) for $50

Customers can initiate a return at The RealReal within 14 days of their original ship date. Once the return request is authorized, your items must be returned by mail or to a store within 21 days. Some exclusions apply, including items marked as Final Sale. Artwork must be returned within 14 days.

A $12.95 return shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount for mailed returns. A $6.95 restocking fee applies for in-store returns unless another in-store purchase occurs as part of the transactions. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for artwork and international returns.

Final Sale items cannot be returned and include bags, swimwear, beauty products and items sold at 40% or more. However, shoppers who purchase a bag can add “Return Guarantee” protection to their order for an additional fee (about 12% of the purchase price). The Return Guarantee is administered through XCover and lets shoppers get a full refund (minus the $12.95 return shipping fee) for items returned within seven days of the delivery date.

While inventory at The RealReal is everchanging, that doesn’t mean items don’t often go on sale. In addition to holidays, watch for seasonal sales where you can save up to 80% off original retail prices. Limited-time special events can also feature discounts on select brands and designers like Louis Vuitton and Cartier.

Qualifying The RealReal shoppers can choose from Afterpay or Affirm to pay for their purchases over time.

• Afterpay splits the purchase total into four no-interest payments. Afterpay customers pay a down payment at the time of purchase, and additional installments are made every two weeks.
• Affirm financing plans provide customers with a monthly payment option. Depending on the purchase total, these installment loans can range from three to 48 months and are subject to interest fees.

Curbside pickup is available for free at The RealReal stores. However, same-day pickup is only available at select locations.
