Questions shoppers ask about Plunge

What is the shipping policy of Plunge?

Receive free in-home or curbside delivery, depending on the item you purchase. Some cold plunge tubs have a $250 fee for in-home delivery. Saunas have a $250 shipping charge for curbside delivery.

How do returns work?

All products come with a 30-day return policy, including cold plunges and saunas. No returns on saunas that have been uncrated. If your order has shipped or been delivered, a 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers return shipping and other costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and rectifying returned items.

All cancellations made prior to shipment are subject to a 5% processing fee. This fee helps cover non-refundable credit card processing costs and the internal time their team spends reviewing, canceling, and refunding orders. Refunds typically take up to 14 days to process. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
