The House accepts returns on new, unused merchandise within 90 days of delivery (30 days for bikes) for a full refund of the original purchase price, minus return shipping costs. Return shipping for standard items is $9.95, plus $2 for each additional item. Return shipping for ski/snowboard/wakeboard equipment costs $13.95 while returns for oversized items like bikes and surfboards costs $39.95. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Products must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags attached to receive a refund. Return labels are only issued for the contiguous United States. Other regions must use their own label.
