Please note the following restrictions:
- This policy does not apply to typographical errors, products in online auctions, closeouts, damaged or "Open Box" items, discontinued, clearance, or liquidation items, refurbished or used products from second-hand sellers, wholesale, membership, or club pricing, or fraudulent websites.
- Additionally, if a competitor's price results from a price match, it is not eligible for our Beat-a-Price Guarantee.
They reserve the right to refuse to Beat-a-Price for any reason.
