About SU2C

About SU2C

Stand Up To Cancer, known as SU2C, channels public energy and donations directly into collaborative cancer research that moves faster because institutions work together rather than in silos. The model is straightforward: fundraising campaigns generate real funding, which gets put to work across multiple research teams simultaneously. For anyone who has lost someone to cancer or simply wants their contribution to translate into measurable scientific progress, SU2C offers a transparent and genuinely impactful place to direct that support.

Questions shoppers ask about SU2C

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation email right away. Once the order ships, tracking information follows in a separate email. Use that tracking number to check your shipment's status at any time.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Cancellation may not be possible once the order reaches production, since the printing house may already be working on it. To update a shipping address, contact support as soon as possible so the change can be made before fulfillment.

How much of my donation goes directly to cancer research?

Exactly 100% of donations received by Stand Up To Cancer support SU2C and its collaborative cancer research programs. When a donation is processed, a minimal transaction fee may be deducted by the payment processor such as Stripe, PayPal, or Amazon Pay. SU2C does not retain these fees and does not collect or store your credit card information directly. All payment processing is handled through SU2C's designated third-party processors.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery time depends on your location and shipping method. Orders typically take 2 to 3 business days to produce, then arrive within 4 to 7 business days after shipping. Total delivery time combines both stages.
