About Sports Research
About Sports Research
Third-party testing and transparent ingredient sourcing are the foundation of everything Sports Research makes. Its lineup of supplements and workout accessories covers protein, collagen, omega-3s, and performance support products designed for people who are serious about what they put in their bodies. The brand avoids proprietary blends and hidden formulas, which tends to matter a great deal to anyone who has spent time reading supplement labels and questioning what they actually contain. Clean, clearly labeled, and backed by testing.
Questions shoppers ask about Sports Research
What is Sports Research's Satisfaction Guarantee?
Most products, except clothing and the performance line, carry a 90-day money-back guarantee. Use it once per product, and keep your receipt on hand to process the claim. Ship the item back at your own expense, and Sports Research handles the rest once it arrives.
What is Sports Research's clothing return policy?
Return or exchange clothing within 30 days of receiving your order. Sale items don't qualify under this policy. You cover return shipping costs on every clothing return you submit. Start your return through the online portal, with your order number and email address ready to go.
Does Sports Research offer exchanges?
Yes, for select bundles like Waist Trimmer sets and the Pre Sweat/Post Sweat Bundle, within 45 days of purchase. Sports Research covers shipping on your replacement item, though not the cost of returning the original item. Request your exchange through the standard online return process.
Can I change my Sports Research order after placing it?
No, orders can't be changed or cancelled once processing begins. Double-check your shipping address and item selection before you submit your order. Sports Research locks in details immediately to speed fulfillment, and changes aren't possible after that point. Contact support right away if an error occurs.
