SidelineSwap promo codes & deals

Most sellers on SidelineSwap ship their gear within a few business days using a prepaid label provided by the platform. Once the carrier scans the item, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the sports equipment and the distance it must travel to reach your home.

SidelineSwap offers buyer protection if your item arrives broken or is not as described in the listing. You must report any issues within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or a return. They will process your refund to the original payment method. Items that have been used are not eligible for a return.

If your gear is not as advertised, you can open a dispute to receive a prepaid shipping label. If you just changed your mind, the seller is not required to accept a return unless you purchased "Seel Return Assurance" at checkout.

SidelineSwap includes a small buyer protection fee on every purchase to ensure your money is safe until you receive the item. This fee covers the cost of handling disputes and helps the brand guarantee that you get exactly what you paid for. If a sale is cancelled before the item ships, this fee is usually refunded along with the total price of your order.
