About Remi
About Remi
Remi is a direct-to-consumer oral-care brand offering custom night guards, retainers, whitening products, cleaners, and related accessories. Customers complete dental impressions at home, which removes the need for an in-office fitting. The company focuses on convenience and lower pricing for people seeking protection from teeth grinding, replacement appliances, or a brighter smile.
Questions shoppers ask about Remi
How does the Remi Club subscription work?
Remi Club begins with two custom night guards. Members receive a fresh set every six months for $89 without taking new impressions because the originals remain on file. The subscription can be paused, skipped, or cancelled whenever needed.
How long does a Remi night guard take?
The impression kit usually ships within two to three business days. After Remi receives the completed impressions, the custom night guard is made and shipped within 14 business days. Rush services may be available for customers who need faster processing.
How do I manage my Remi Club subscription?
Sign in to your account at shopremi.com to manage the subscription. Members can pause deliveries, skip a shipment, change the delivery frequency, or cancel. Updates apply to the next eligible shipment, and Remi sends a confirmation after the changes are saved.
What is Remi's satisfaction guarantee?
Remi provides a 45-night satisfaction guarantee for custom night guards and retainers. Contact support within 45 nights of receiving the product if it feels uncomfortable. The company will adjust or remake the guard as needed to improve its fit.
