Shop-Olivia.com promo codes & deals

You should expect most orders to be processed within two to three business days. Shop-Olivia.com uses carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx for domestic deliveries, which typically take 2 to 10 days to arrive. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is on its way, though it may take a few days for the status to update.

You can get a refund for items that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered within 14 days of receipt. All original tags must remain attached, and items such as jewelry, intimates, and final-sale pieces are not eligible for return. After the warehouse inspects your clothes, they will process your refund to the original payment method, minus a $15 return shipping fee.

To start a return, you should visit the online return portal on the Shop-Olivia.com website. Once your request is approved, you will receive a shipping label to send the items back to the warehouse. After the warehouse inspects your clothes, they will process your refund to the original payment method, which usually takes about five to seven business days.

Shop-Olivia.com offers international shipping, but you are responsible for all customs duties and taxes charged by your local government. The brand does not provide return labels for international orders, so you must arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. If you refuse a package at delivery, a $30 fee will be taken out of your final refund.
