If your purchase is not the right fit, you can request a return or exchange for store credit within 30 days. Your item must remain unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition. You also receive free returns and exchanges on your first five orders, while final sale items and international orders do not qualify.

Every bracelet includes a Lifetime Guarantee and a Perfect Fit Promise, giving you added confidence with your purchase. If your bracelet does not fit correctly or qualifies under the guarantee, you can contact customer support for assistance. You also benefit from fast, free returns and exchanges for eligible orders.

When you check out, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or PayPal. Your credit card receives the charge at checkout, and order processing begins within 1–2 business days before shipment. You can apply only one promotion or discount code per order during checkout.
