About Salt & Straw
About Salt & Straw
Most ice cream menus don't change much from year to year. Salt & Straw built its reputation on doing the opposite. Small-batch flavors rooted in local ingredients, seasonal produce, and unexpected collaborations keep the menu rotating and the curiosity high. Scoop shops operate across Portland, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, and beyond, and curated pint collections ship nationwide for those without a location nearby. It's the kind of ice cream brand that people plan trips around and send as gifts.
