RH promo codes & deals

RH, formerly known as Restoration Hardware, specializes in luxury products that elevate any space with high-quality furniture, lighting, textiles and decor. At the core of RH's curated collection are furniture pieces that range from elegant sofas and chairs to stunning dining tables and beds. In addition to furniture, RH offers chandeliers, pendant lights and floor lamps, designed to illuminate and enhance the ambiance of any room.

RH generally does not offer free shipping. “Unlimited Furniture Delivery” is available for eligible products to one address within the U.S., with flat rates based on delivery distance. White glove delivery professionals ensure a seamless experience, including unpacking, assembly and placement in the room of choice, plus packaging disposal. Furniture must fit through access points, and customers must schedule delivery within 30 days, with options for special requirements. Oversized or fragile items may incur surcharges.

For items not eligible for Unlimited Furniture Delivery, standard shipping rates based on total merchandise value apply via UPS. Rush delivery options are available for additional fees. Certain restrictions apply: APO/FPO/DPO addresses and select furniture items are not eligible for rush delivery. Textiles may ship free, excluding rugs and fabric by the yard. Gift cards ship free via USPS, with expedited delivery available for an additional charge.

The RH return policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they have proof of purchase. However, certain items such as special orders, installed items, mattresses without original packaging, and large furniture cannot be returned. Delivery fees are nonrefundable, except in cases of manufacturer defects or transit damage.

RH provides a lifetime guarantee to the original owner of its products, which includes the frame, springs and cushions of upholstered sofas, chairs, chaises, daybeds, settees, benches, ottomans and stools purchased from an RH Gallery or online at RH.com, and used within a residential setting.
