About Red Robin
About Red Robin
Red Robin is a popular casual dining restaurant chain known for its gourmet burgers, bottomless sides and family-friendly atmosphere. The chain has more than 500 locations in the U.S. and Canada, with a menu that features innovative creations like its Whiskey River BBQ Burger, Avo-Cobb-O Salad, Freckled Lemonade and seasonal milkshakes. Red Robin’s reward program is also particularly inviting for those looking to save on dinner, thanks to a free Birthday Burger and every 10th item free.
You can enjoy a Red Robin Tavern Burger for a delicious meal at a value price or order Towering Onion Rings as a fun appetizer to share at the table. Customers can customize most sandwiches and entrees on the Red Robin menu with substitutions to their liking (off-menu tip: ask for ancho sauce on a grilled chicken sandwich). Plus, you’ll never go home hungry thanks to unlimited refills on more than 30 bottomless sides and drinks, like the chain’s famous Seasoned Steak Fries or even a Root Beer Float.
Shipping
What is Red Robin's shipping and delivery policy?
Red Robin delivery is available when you order online. Service and delivery fees apply, but these fees are typically less when ordering through Red Robin directly than when using a third-party food delivery service. Orders may delivered by a third-party driver, and delivery availability may vary based on the distance of your nearest location.
Rewards
Does Red Robin have memberships, rewards, or loyalty programs?
The Red Robin Royalty is all about rewarding members with delicious (free) food. Returning customers get every 10th item free (eligible items include burgers, salads, sandwiches and entrees) and a free Birthday Burger each year. Red Robin also likes to send out special offers via email to members throughout the year, such as a free appetizer or dessert with a meal purchase. Rewards accounts are linked to your phone number, making it easy to ensure you always get credit toward your free 10th item with each purchase.
Pickup
What pickup options does Red Robin offer?
Red Robin orders can also be placed to-go, and many locations offer convenient curbside pickup. You can set your order to be made ASAP or ready at a specific time.
Discounts
What appreciation savings does Red Robin offer?
Red Robin doesn’t have an official military or teacher discount, but such customers can receive additional offers from the Red Robin Royalty rewards program. There’s an option to designate yourself as a teacher or member of a military family when signing up for the loyalty program. Afterward, keep an eye out for special promotions for teachers, military and veterans in your email inbox. While offers are subject to change, we’ve seen Reb Robin offer a free burger and bottomless fries to military members on Veterans Day.
