About Purchasing Power
Purchasing Power is a program that allows you to buy more than 40,000 name-brand products, including travel, and make affordable, fixed payments over time (six or 12 months). The product will ship right away, and you'll be able to avoid the credit check that comes with traditional financial products like credit cards and loans.
Employers and organizations offer this program to their employees. Additionally, Purchasing Power may be available to federal civilian employees, retirees and retired military. Employers can also set limits to how much you can buy and how many orders you can have open.
Returns
Purchasing Power allows you to make returns by visiting your account online. You’ll select “Return Item” in the Orders section, select the reason for your return and use the prepaid UPS label to ship your item back.
Cancellations
When you shop with Purchasing Power, you may be able to cancel an order before processing. You can see if cancellation is available and cancel your order by logging into your account.
Price match
You cannot get a price adjustment or price match when shopping with Purchasing Power.
