ProVape provides fast and reliable shipping, offering free delivery on all orders over $100. This service ensures customers receive their vaping products quickly and conveniently, helping to maintain uninterrupted use. The focus is on efficiency and customer satisfaction, allowing shoppers to enjoy their purchases without worrying about shipping costs or delays.

To start a return with ProVape, email customer support with your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item. Once approved, you'll mail the product back. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping. Processing and credit posting can take several weeks, depending on your bank.

For hygiene and safety reasons, consumable and personal-use items cannot be returned. This includes e-liquids, disposable pods, cartridges, coils, batteries, tanks, wicks, cotton, wire, clearomizers, and atomizers. All returns must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Any item that has been used will not be refunded under any circumstances.

ProVape allows returns within 30 days of receiving an order, giving customers the flexibility to exchange or return items if they are not fully satisfied. All returned products must be new and unused, and customers are responsible for shipping until the items are received. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within seven days of delivery, ensuring smooth processing and accountability for both parties.
