About Povison

Clean lines, natural materials, and furniture that actually fits the way people live today define what Povison is about. Its home furnishings and decor span sofas, beds, dining sets, and accent pieces built around a contemporary aesthetic that doesn't go out of style quickly. Eco-conscious manufacturing runs through the brand's production process, which appeals to buyers who think about more than just how something looks on delivery day. Free shipping and white-glove delivery options make larger purchases more manageable.

Questions shoppers ask about Povison

What is Povison's return policy?

Povison charges a 20% return shipping fee for non-defective returns due to personal preference, plus a $59 repackaging fee if the original packaging is missing. You're limited to one return or exchange per item per household.

Does Povison offer a warranty?

Yes, a two-year limited warranty covers materials, frame, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components on furniture. Fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components carry a shorter one-year warranty instead, with replacements available at a minimal cost.

What is Povison's shipping policy?

Povison offers free contactless front-door delivery to the U.S. and Canada. Deliveries typically happen Monday through Friday, and Povison groups items into one shipment when possible, so your full order can arrive together on the same day.

Does Povison offer a price-match?

Yes, through a 30-day price-match policy. If you find the same item listed lower elsewhere within 30 days of your purchase, reach out to Povison's support team with the details to see if your order qualifies.
