Pet Supermarket provides ships via FedEx orders Monday through Saturday to the contiguous 48 states, with orders typically shipped the day after they are received. There is a processing time of up to two days for orders containing dog and cat food. Orders made online after Saturday at noon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.

Pet Supermarket offers a straightforward returns policy for both in-store and online purchases. In-store purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase, with refunds issued for the amount paid if a receipt is provided. Without a receipt, in-store returns result in an in-store credit. Online purchases are also eligible for in-store returns within 30 days of receiving the merchandise and must include the packing slip. For online returns, customers can contact customer service at 866-230-5188 or email customerservice@petsupermarket.com. Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless due to a Pet Supermarket error. Additionally, used merchandise or items returned without the original packaging may be refused or subject to a repackaging fee.

VIP Rewards: Join the VIP Rewards program and earn $5 for every $100 you spend at Pet Supermarket. Rewards will be automatically added to your account when you enter your phone number at checkout.

Pet Supermarket offers a matching policy of identical products at local retail and key online competitors. Exclusions include services, live animals, clearance items and various promotional offers. The policy limits quantities and does not apply to online orders. For information and exclusions, visit the Price Match Guarantee page of the website.

If you’d prefer to pick up your order from the store, Pet Supermarket offers free in-store pickup options for eligible items. Orders placed by 5 p.m. can be picked up the same day. Pet Supermarket often offers discounts for in-store pickup, such as 15% off orders over $49 and 20% off orders over $99.
