About PetCube
PetCube simplifies the way you connect with your pet, even when you're not at home. The brand offers a range of smart pet products, including interactive cameras and treat dispensers, which allow pet owners to engage with their furry friends from a distance. PetCube is particularly appealing to customers with busy schedules or those who travel frequently and cannot bring their pets along. Their user-friendly products feature live video streaming and an audio design aimed at reducing separation anxiety for pets and their owners.
Questions shoppers ask about PetCube
What is the PetCube shipping policy?
Your new pet camera should arrive in just a few business days. PetCube offers free standard shipping for addresses in the United States and the European Union. These deliveries cannot be sent to P.O. boxes or mail forwarders. For security, your shipping address must match your billing address to avoid any delays with your order.
What is the refund policy for PetCube?
You have 45 days to try your camera and see if it works for your home. If you send it back, the device must be in good shape with all original parts. PetCube refunds the product price but does not refund original shipping or gift wrap fees. If the camera is damaged, it is not eligible for return.
What is the returns process for PetCube ?
Before mailing anything, email the PetCube support team to get an authorization number. You must pay for the return shipping and pack the camera safely. After the warehouse inspects your device, they will process your refund to the original payment method. It usually takes about 14 days for the team to complete the return check.
Are there any financing options available for PetCube purchases?
You can select Affirm at checkout to pay for your PetCube in monthly chunks. This lets you spread the cost over a longer time instead of paying up-front. The brand also accepts credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. These options give you plenty of flexible ways to finish your order and start watching your pets.
