OMSI promo codes & deals

Yes. Exchange OMSI tickets at the on-site box office without paying a fee. For exchanges requested by phone or email, contact OMSI at least 24 hours before the event begins. Requests submitted later may not be processed before your scheduled admission time, which could prevent the ticket change from being completed.

OMSI memberships are nonrefundable, and ticket convenience or delivery fees are also excluded from refunds. If OMSI cancels a ticketed event, you can choose a free exchange or receive a full refund. In that situation, the refund includes applicable service charges instead of following the standard no-refund terms for customers.

OMSI members receive 15% off OMSI After Dark tickets and special events, plus 10% off summer camps and classes. Membership also includes 10% discounts at the Science Store, Theory Restaurant, and Empirical Caf茅. These savings come in addition to unlimited general admission throughout the active membership period for every member.

Yes. OMSI participates in the ASTC Passport Program, which extends reciprocal benefits to participating science centers in the United States and other countries. Present your valid membership credentials when visiting an eligible location. Admission benefits vary by institution and may include free or discounted entry under the current program rules.
