Questions shoppers ask about NOVICA
How does shipping and delivery work when I place an order through NOVICA?
Once you place an order, items ship from one of NOVICA's regional fulfilment centers and typically arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks, though delivery may stretch longer depending on the artisan's location and your country. NOVICA currently ships to over 100 countries worldwide.
What is your returns and exchanges policy if I'm not completely happy with my purchase?
You can return an item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it's unused and in its original condition. For any return not due to NOVICA's error, you're responsible for the shipping cost. Custom and personalized items may not be returnable unless defective.
Does NOVICA offer any price-matching, pricing guarantees, or warranty on products purchased?
NOVICA does not advertise a formal price-matching policy or blanket warranty for every item. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, they will replace it or refund it at no extra cost. Pricing errors identified before shipping may lead to order cancellation or correction.
Do you ship internationally, and are there additional duties or taxes I should be aware of?
Yes, international shipping is available to over 100 destinations. Duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country and shipping method; these are often collected at checkout or by the carrier when the package arrives. Shipping costs and taxes are available during checkout.
