Standard orders ship within 7 to 10 business days to the contiguous U.S. Personalized items take longer: up to 5 days to approve and prep, plus another week for shipping. If you need something fast, opt for non-personalized pieces or contact customer care for expedited options.

Yes, Nambe accepts returns within 30 days of receipt as long as items are unused and in original condition. Gifts can be exchanged for store credit of equal value. One quirk: personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

Nambe doesn’t list a blanket warranty like appliance brands do, but quality issues are typically handled through customer care. If your alloy or crystal piece arrives damaged, take photos and contact Nambe immediately. They’re known for offering replacements or exchanges rather than refunds.

Yes, beyond online shopping, Nambe operates retail locations in the American Southwest, including Arizona, New Mexico, and Santa Fe. You can also find their collections in department stores and high-end gift shops. The store locator on their website will point you to the nearest option.

Yes, for higher-ticket items, Nambe partners with Shop Pay to let you split payments into installments at checkout. This can be helpful if you’re investing in a larger serveware set or wedding gift.
