About Mowrator

Mowing the lawn or shoveling snow may not be the most glamorous household chores in the world. But Mowrator makes these tasks as easy as remotely controlling a machine to do the heavy lifting for you, much like a washing machine, dryer, or dishwasher. Mowrator specializes in robotic lawn mowers and related accessories, catering to people who want to maintain a pristine yard with minimal manual effort. We love the ease of use and reliability of these battery-operated yard masters. Earn more green in your wallet with Mowrator discounts and Mowrator promo codes.

Questions shoppers ask about Mowrator

How does shipping work at Mowrator?

All orders are processed within one to two business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location from our warehouse. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Models are typically delivered in three to seven business days through FedEx or UPS. You get free shipping on all orders in the United States.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress and location of your package during transit.

How do refunds or exchanges work?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Provide the Mowrator purchase order number to ensure the machine was shipped directly from the Mowrator factory. Submit video and pictures to ensure the return meets the requirements.

Show a demonstration video where the machine does not meet expectations, explaining that the machine has been thoroughly tested. If there are software or accessory issues, please communicate with Mowrator support staff.

Show the internal packaging of the machine after cleaning, ensuring it does not affect the unboxing experience for others. Show the sealed exterior packaging with tape, ensuring the appearance is intact for shipping.

Then, obtain a return label. Take the machine with the new shipping label to the nearest FedEx location for shipping within 30 days of receiving the machine.
