This merchant's shipping partner delivers your order to you within one to four business days. Delivery takes place between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. from Monday to Friday. They do not deliver on holidays. When you receive your package, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier and delivery service used. If you are not at home, the delivery driver will leave a form indicating where and when you can pick up your order. If you have not received your order after 8 business days, please contact customer service.

If you would like to return items, you can do so within 14 days of your delivery. The deadline starts on the date of delivery. Please inform them of your return by email. Due to the nature of these products, they do not accept returns on opened and used items. An item is considered "opened" if the original safety seal, protective seal, or hygiene seal has been broken or removed. Please note they do not refund the original shipping cost.
