About Medelita
About Medelita
Physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals who spend long shifts on their feet and still need to look sharp in front of patients have made Medelita a trusted name in medical workwear. Its premium lab coats, scrubs, and clinical apparel are built with performance fabrics, thoughtful tailoring, and functional details that standard medical wear often skips. The brand is known for its tailored fits, customization options, and a level of polish rarely found in traditional scrub brands.
Questions shoppers ask about Medelita
What is Medelita's return policy?
Return non-embroidered, non-clearance items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, with a prepaid label available if you request one within that same window. Embroidered garments aren't eligible for return unless the embroidery error was Medelita's fault.
Does Medelita offer a warranty?
Yes, a one-year Professional Courtesy Guarantee covers manufacturer flaws, defects, or failures on non-clearance items. Email a photo of the issue along with your order number and full name, and Medelita will assess whether the damage qualifies under the guarantee.
Does Medelita ship internationally?
Yes, to over 70 countries via UPS. You're responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed upon arrival, and international returns only refund the garment's purchase price, not the original shipping fees or customs charges you paid.
What is Medelita's shipping policy?
Economy shipping is free on U.S. orders of $79 or more. International orders take an additional three to five business days for Worldwide Expedited Service on top of standard processing, and embroidery requests add roughly 10 to 15 business days before your order ships.
