Maelove ships to all 50 states, as well as to Puerto Rico and APO addresses, and orders over $45 ship for free. Canadian customers pay a flat shipping rate of $9.95 CAD for all orders under $60 CAD, but enjoy free shipping for over that price point.
Returns
What is Maelove's return and refund policy?
Customers have 100 calendar days to submit a return request, and though return shipping is free, the original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued in the same method as payment was issued in, released within 10 business days of the receipt of the returned products.
