About JAGGAD AU
About JAGGAD AU
Founded in Australia, JAGGAD makes activewear that takes the aesthetics of the category seriously without sacrificing performance. Leggings, sports bras, shorts, and tops are constructed from high-quality fabrics with enough structure and stretch to move through a workout properly, then look put-together enough to wear beyond it. The brand has developed a following among people who want their gym wardrobe to feel considered rather than purely functional, and ships internationally from its Australian base.
Questions shoppers ask about JAGGAD AU
What is JAGGAD's return label policy?
JAGGAD provides one free return label per order when your refund or exchange receives approval through the returns portal. If you need another label for an additional return or exchange, you will pay $9. Your returned items remain your responsibility until JAGGAD receives and processes the package.
What is JAGGAD's shipping policy?
JAGGAD charges $14.95 for standard shipping and $18.95 for priority shipping. Both options include one free return shipment and one free exchange delivery. Your shipping fee covers those benefits with the original order, so you will not pay separate postage for the first approved return or exchange.
How long does JAGGAD delivery take?
JAGGAD may take up to 5 business days to pick and pack your order. After dispatch from Melbourne through Australia Post Standard Parcel Post, delivery usually requires another 7 to 10 business days. Your total wait time depends on both the processing period and the carrier's delivery schedule.
What happens if I return a JAGGAD item that included a free gift?
Return the free gift with the qualifying item to receive your full refund. If you keep the bonus item, JAGGAD may reduce the amount returned to you. Pack both items together when possible and submit the return through the proper process to avoid a deduction from your refund.
