Questions shoppers ask about IFCHIC
How does the IFCHIC Points Reward Program work?
Registered members earn IFCHIC Points on eligible purchases. Each point provides $1 toward a future order. IFCHIC adds the points after the 14-day return period, so customers earn rewards only for merchandise they keep.
Which items cannot be returned to IFCHIC?
IFCHIC does not accept returns of food, beverages, flowers, or products marked FINAL SALE. The company also rejects return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery. Review the product description because additional restrictions may depend on the item type.
Does IFCHIC offer price adjustments?
IFCHIC offers one price adjustment when a full-price product receives a markdown within seven days of the original order date. The identical item must remain in stock. Sale purchases do not qualify, even when the price drops again.
How long do IFCHIC refunds take?
IFCHIC may take up to two weeks to inspect the returned product and process the refund. After the company issues the refund, the bank or card provider may take up to one month to post it to the customer's statement.
