About Hydroviv
About Hydroviv
Most water filters use the same cartridge regardless of where the customer lives. Hydroviv takes a different approach, customizing each filter based on the specific contaminants detected in the customer's local water supply. The result is a system that targets what is actually in the water rather than applying a generic solution and hoping for the best. It appeals to people who have read their local water quality reports and want a filtration option that takes that data seriously.
Questions shoppers ask about Hydroviv
What is Hydroviv's refund policy?
Return your system within 90 days of purchase, minus a mandatory restocking fee. Original shipping and handling costs aren't refunded, and you cover return shipping yourself. Contact Hydroviv before returning your system to confirm the process and required paperwork.
Can I cancel my Hydroviv subscription?
Yes, cancel before your next order ships to avoid that charge. Once shipped, the order falls under Hydroviv's standard return policy instead. Manage, pause, or cancel future shipments anytime through your account page on Hydroviv's website.
How does Hydroviv's Subscribe & Save program work?
Every filter housing purchased through Subscribe & Save unlocks a 25% discount on its matching replacement cartridge. Subscriptions default to a 6-month cycle, adjustable in your account. You'll get an email before each shipment to confirm or make changes.
How does Hydroviv customize my water filter?
Hydroviv analyzes local, county, state, and federal water quality databases based on your shipping address. For private wells, they use USGS groundwater data and source water assessments instead. Specify a different address in your order notes if buying for someone else.
