About Herff Jones
About Herff Jones
Herff Jones is a celebratory jewelry, clothing and insignia company that crafts and sells class rings, caps and gowns, diploma frames, yearbooks and more.
You can't order all products from its site directly. Instead, Herff Jones partners with schools to sell a pre-selected catalog of jewelry and graduation clothing. Your school will alert you that you can order through Herff Jones. Go to its website, search for your school and see your catalog of options. For some products (like diploma frames), you can order on your own, even if your school isn't partnered with Herff Jones.
In addition to offering school-specific regalia, Herff Jones operates a photo gift site. This separate part of the business can be utilized by any shopper, and it specializes in graduation party invitations, "Congrats Grad" banners and yard signs, framed portraits and more (all of which can be customized with a photo).
Shipping
What is Herff Jones' shipping and delivery policy?
For most purchases, you'll pay a standard shipping rate of $10.95 for standard shipping. When it comes to some custom products (like rings), you'll also pay a handling fee of $10.
Returns
What is Herff Jones' return and refund policy?
Because products are generally custom and/or for special occasions, they're not returnable in most cases. Check the literature you received from your school regarding cases in which returns can be made. For example, if your ring doesn't fit or you ordered the wrong size, Herff Jones suggests reaching out to your school's sales rep to learn about options. Same goes for caps and gowns (there's also a rental option, for which you'll pay a lower cost and then send the cap and gown back after your graduation ceremony). When it comes to graduation announcements and invitations, you can cancel an order within three days of placing it for a refund.
Pay later
Does Herff Jones offer buy now, pay later options?
Herff Jones offers installment payment options. You can pay off your purchase in four payments (interest free) via PayPal. Just choose that option at checkout.
Questions shoppers ask about Herff Jones
How does Herff Jones work?
If your school partners with the company for graduation rings and regalia, or the year book, search for your school's name on the Herff Jones site. Then, browse the catalog that will be populated with the products your school has chosen to offer. For caps and gowns, select your package. For your ring and other jewelry, you can design what you want, including choosing your stone, size and inscriptions. Add your items to your cart and check out.
When it comes to frames and photo gifts, your school doesn't have to be partnered. Simply shop and customize like you would on any online photo printing site.
How do I get Herff Jones coupons and promo codes?
Herff Jones's site sometimes announces deals on its social media accounts. Check it out on Facebook and Instagram for current offers. Its photo printing site also frequently has special offers (we recently spotted $1 off on 8 x 10 photos prints and 50% off canvas prints).
How do I return my cap and gown to Herff Jones?
If your school provided a rental option, your school will provide instructions for sending your cap and gown back. If you chose the "Keeper" option, the gown is yours to keep.
