When you place your order, Tushy will typically ship it within one business day. Does Tushy accept returns?

Yes, you can return your Tushy orders within 30 days after the date of your order. However, Tushy only accepts returns if they're unopened. Don't remove the security seal. Worth noting, though, is that Tushy must first authorize the return before you send it back. To start the return process, you must use the returns portal.

Does Tush have physical stores?

If you need to see Tushy bidets and possibly feel them before buying them, you can find them across several physical shops in the U.S. You can find a store near you by using Tushy's Store Locator (https://hellotushy.com/pages/store-locator). Here, you can type your address or postcode, and the locator will provide locations to stores near you.
